Text messaging program terms
These terms govern the Jenny F Mendoza Realty Group text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to them. Leer esta página en español.
1. The program
Jenny F Mendoza Realty Group is a residential real estate brokerage operating in Georgia and Florida. Its text messaging program is operated by The Lab Re LLC (THE LAB RE), of Lawrenceville, Georgia, which coordinates the brokerage's transactions and is the company registered with the US mobile carriers for this number.
All messages are sent from +1 (678) 846-3373.
2. What we send
Messages relate to a request you made or a transaction you are part of:
- Confirmation that we received your request for information about homes.
- Follow-up on that request while it is still open.
- Confirmations and reminders for calls, showings, and appointments you scheduled.
- Notice that your mortgage pre-qualification is ready.
- Replies to questions you send us, through our assistant Argo.
- Notices about properties matching what you are looking for, if you asked for them.
3. How you join
We only text people who gave us their number and agreed to receive messages: by submitting one of our forms and checking the consent box, by messaging us first, or by giving their number directly to schedule a call or a showing. We never buy or rent contact lists.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of working with the brokerage. The exact consent language and the full program disclosure are at thelabreteam.com/sms/en.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. It depends on your own process: typically a few messages per month, and more often only while a transaction is active or you are replying to us.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier under your own plan. We do not charge you anything for the messages.
6. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message and we stop texting you immediately. BAJA, CANCELAR, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work the same way. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing after that.
To opt back in, reply START.
Opting out of text messages does not end your relationship with the brokerage and does not affect a transaction in progress: you can still reach us by phone, email, or WhatsApp.

8. Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and on factors outside our control. Supported carriers may change without notice.
To receive messages you need a mobile device with text messaging service. If you change or deactivate your number, please tell us so we do not text someone who never asked to hear from us.
9. Your data
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Full detail in the privacy policy.
10. Changes
If any of the above changes, we update this page and the date below. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms; you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
