Who sends the messages
Messages come from Jenny F Mendoza Realty Group, the real estate brokerage you contacted, operating in Georgia and Florida.
Messaging is operated by THE LAB RE (legal name: The Lab Re LLC, of Lawrenceville, Georgia), which coordinates the brokerage's transactions and is the company registered with the mobile carriers for this number. That is why this page is hosted on its site.
All messages come from +1 (678) 846-3373, the same number used by Argo, the brokerage's assistant.
How you opted in
We only text people who gave us their number and agreed to receive messages, in one of these ways:
- You submitted a Jenny F Mendoza Realty Group form — in an ad or on its website — requesting information about homes, and checked the consent box.
- You messaged us first by WhatsApp or text message.
- You gave us your number directly to schedule a call, a showing, or to move your home purchase forward.
We never buy contact lists and we do not message numbers that have not given consent.

What the messages are about
- Confirmation that we received your information request.
- Follow-up on that request when something is still pending.
- Confirmations and reminders for calls or appointments you scheduled.
- Answers to questions you send us.
- Notices about properties matching what you are looking for, if you asked for them.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies depending on your process: usually a few messages per month, and more often only when there is an active transaction or you are replying to us.
Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. We do not charge you for the messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message and we stop texting you immediately. BAJA and CANCELAR work as well. You will get one confirmation message and nothing after that.
To opt back in, reply START. For help, reply HELP or AYUDA, or email marcos@thelabreteam.com.
Opting out of text messages does not end your relationship with the brokerage and does not affect an active transaction: you can still reach us by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Your data
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. The information you give us is used to serve you, and is shared only with the people involved in your own transaction (for example your loan officer, if you asked us to).
